It's been quite a merry christmas this year.... gobbled down lots of nice food practically... had sushi--sakei sushi for lunch..hmm... sushi for christmas ...that's a bit weird... after the quite heavy lunch( cuz i don't really always find myself full eating sushi..haha)...went around ikano and did some window shopping..hoho...nice setting all...just love those christmas trees....with all those trifling but essential bells and ribbons hanging..such sweet decor....and after some while went to 'maCHe'... quite an interesting restaurant..with quite creative ideas i' ve never seen before...it's of swiss basically...had some desserts there...then idle around and went car riding around dunno where....then went to one of my good old friend house...kinda gathering for close friends...miss them lots...so nice seeing them again.....had turkey with cranberry sauce...ahha...that's nice.....then sat round together and share some precious moments.. was kinda guilty cuz i 've got lots to catch up with them...spent too little time with them lately...as i am the one furthest from klang besides khers and cl....can't really afford to meet up that frequently...so i seriously treasured the night....even though my best friend didn't turn up... it was basically a moment of sheer contentment...
didn't really study much since holiday starts...let alone reading any books....haiz...bought a book today-- tuesdays with morrie....wanted to buy it long long time ago...finally got it..hoho....but i made it a point to only read it after i've finished preparing for exams.... got to really study this week... exams' practically nearing alarmingly...haiz.... hope that i will be more 'productive' this week to grant myself a good new year celebration later the week....

feel kinda happy this week cuz finally the house's not as empty as before...dear sister is back to bring more noise to the house...not that she's a noisy type..but somehow the presence of one just makes big difference....but it's a pity ako 's not here...damn miss him man..hope that he's doing real fine now...
couldn't really update myself with the badminton world cup latest results which is held this week cuz i am practically stuck in the hostel with no connection with the outside world whatsoever ...but just got the latest result and i am seriously surprised and happy...because the thai star boonsak ponsana's up against lindan...fuhh...it's like damn long since i last saw ponsana play any finals although he's quite good...so this would be one of a kind MS final...not the usual chinese vs chinese finals... we shall see two totally different players with utterly different styles and strategies competing for the world cup...lots of people are saying that it will be a sure win for lindan... wonder how ponsana will deal with these comments...it would be good if he never bears in mind that he's fighthing the world no.1...this will kinda make him perform in a more relaxed manner and a high quality perfomance will assert by itself....
watched the fog yesterday...it was kinda freaky and not that scary after all...although i practically coiled up and snuggled close to my friend throughout the movie...maybe it's because of the empty seat beside me...it kinda have some extra effect...i didn't know beforehand that the movie stars selma blair..hmm....she straightaway reminded me of the movie cruel intention..one of my fav....gonna watch the movie kingkong tomorrow with my family..since it's an old movie redirected, this will be an interest of my parents...heard that it's a three hour long movie...fuhh...gonna be tired man....hope that it will be a nice one or i will just sleep soundly through the three hours with the kingkong roaring at my ear drums...
got this from a friend...give it a try...

hohoho~~
I will only have one class this friday and that's it! declared holiday...haha...actually i was already in the holiday mood since last week...wasn't even focusing on my preparations for mocks...close friends-->my roomy would have noticed the significant change...looking at the same line for the past half an hour and can't even understand(or a more accurate term would be realising) what the heck i was reading...one glance at the first sentence will get me plunge straight into thoughts of how to spend my holidays...now that my sister's coming back( GOD it was a surprise!!)..hehe... wonderful plans start to set in~~
kinGkong's out this week!!and yes i wil make sure i watch it...it's been long since i last saw adrien brody on screen...but sad he wasn't playing the piano this time... this movie's been long anticipated by many.. hope that it'll not be dissapointing~~
and yes my sister, i finally found time to do the little riddle you gave me~~hehe..the riddle's been posted before...so for those who've not come across it....give it a try :-)

Einstein once wrote a riddle of which he said 98 % of the people would not be able to solve it.

There are 5 houses in 5 different colors. In each house lives a man
with a different nationality. The 5 owners drink a certain type of
beverage, smoke a certain brand of cigar, and keep a certain pet. No
owners have the same pet, smoke the same brand of cigar or drink the
same beverage.

Who keeps the fish?

HINTS:

1. The Brit lives in the red house.
2. The Swede has a dog.
3. The Dane drinks tea.
4. The green house is on the left of the white house.
5. The owner of the green house drinks coffee.
6. The person who smokes pall mall has birds.
7. The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhills.
8. The man living in the center house drinks milk.
9. The Norwegian lives in the first house.
10. The man who smokes blends lives next to the one who has cats.
11. The man who has horses lives next to the man who smokes Dunhills.
12. The man who smokes blue master drinks beer.
13. The German smokes prince.
14. The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.
15. The man who smokes blends has a neighbor who drinks water.

Classes this week had been in quite a mess...with all the venues changed, students have to do more walking from one block to another...and sometimes we just got so irritated by the constant switch of venues that we resorted to missing the classes...the week started off quite well as the mock exams results turned out to be better than what i expected... especially for economics.. wasn't quite a good and fast writer for those lengthy paragraphs.. so the results will be an incentive for me to work harder for the externals in jan...the week was supposed to be further festooned by my gathering up with old school mates on wednesday... but the plan was sadly cancelled...haiz...and on the same day i was being verbally 'assaulted' again... by the same old fellow who did the same thing last week...but this time was worse...i basically broke into feeble splinters.... some ppl just do not know that words cuts deeper than any other thing does.. speaks without the considering the consequences...real egoistic fellow.. luckily my housemates were there to support me... they really cheered me up... a BIG thanks to them....a little compensation was been made over the unhappy happenings... went to catch Narnia yesterday...the storyline was quite good...and the characters seem to really exert the essence of it...and Tilda Swinton was so damn good...she really brings out the evilness of the white witch...just like what she did in constantine as the angel Gabriel....you can really get intimidated by this typical english look lady....and one thing...i had secret recipe's cake yesterday as well....hmm...it's been long since i last savoured any of them...was happily indulging myself ..

and to end the post, i would like to share a little story with a great meaning...

There was once this boy with very nasty disposition. He always speak of foul words that really hurt people around him. One day, his father approached the cheeky lad and said to him,"hey son, would you mind a little try-out to control your temper? It works this way: every time you said something bad to people, you hit a nail on the wall on the backyard ; and everytime you manage to control your temper, you remove one nail from the wall, deal?"the son gave a strong nod and took up the deal. Initially with his old bad temper, he hit lots of nails everyday on the wall; and as days passed by, he got better and improved his manners that the number of nails of the wall decreased When finally all the nails were removed, the boy was very proud and euphorically told his father about his achievements. This was what the father told him in turn," It's good that you can finally control your temper and mind your words. But son, do you realise that with every nail you hitted on the wall, it leaves an ugly mark on the wall...even when you have removed it ; this works the same for people, once you have said something that hurts them, no matter how you compensate for the mistake, the words will leave an eternal cut ,as words said can never be taken back, especially the ones that hurt."
